What do I do if some of my legacy Rock Band DLC is listed with a price and asking me to re-purchase the content?
As we continue to migrate more than 2,000 pieces of legacy Rock Band DLC, there is some content that has not yet been populated on the Xbox Live Marketplace on the Xbox One or PlayStation®4 Store. This is included, but not limited to:
- Some legacy Rock Band DLC Bundles (Packs)
- Legacy Rock Band disc exports
- Legacy promotional Rock Band content
- Expired legacy Rock Band content
Legacy entitlements will work differently with the first-party stores on next-gen consoles as they relate to Rock Band DLC Bundles.
For Xbox One: You are entitled to the legacy bundle and all associated singles within that bundle you originally purchased. If you previously purchased a pack on Xbox 360, navigate to the updated Xbox One version of the pack of the same name to re-download. Make sure to check the price before trying to redeem an entitlement of any kind.
For PlayStation®4: You are entitled to the legacy bundle you originally purchased. If you previously purchased a pack on PlayStation®3, navigate to the updated PlayStation®4 version of the pack of the same name to re-download. Make sure to check the price before trying to redeem an entitlement of any kind.
Content falling under any of the above categories may not display in the store at all. This means that the content has not yet been made available on the first-party stores. You will not be able to re-download your content until it appears in the first-party store. Don't worry - all purchases made to your account will always belong to you. Once content is made available, you will be able to re-download it as you would any other entitled content that you have purchased previously.
If any price displays for content that you believe your account has purchased, DO NOT attempt to purchase that content. We are actively working with our first-party partners to update content in the store. If you have already accidentally re-purchased the content, please contact first-party support to troubleshoot your account.
