My Dance Central disc is scratched. Do you participate in a disc replacement program?

If you are still under warranty, see your manual for warranty information.

If you are outside of the 90 day warranty, or if you damaged your disc accidentally on your own, or if you are within the 90 day warranty but no longer have your receipt, you can mail your Dance Central disc in to Microsoft for a replacement. The fee for the disc replacement is $20 for Dance Central.

Note that Microsoft will only send you a replacement disc, not a full game with packaging, so you should keep you Dance Central game box and manual.


Please do not send any discs or hardware to Harmonix, as we do not maintain stock and will not be able to either replace your damaged items nor return what you have mailed to us.
