I can't sync my drums! [Wii / PlayStation 3]

To sync your drums, make sure your Wireless Adapter is plugged securely into a USB port on your PlayStation 3 or Wii. Press the sync button on the Wireless Adapter, followed by the sync button on the wireless drum set. A successful sync is indicated by both devices maintaining a solid red light rather than a blinking red light.

The sync button on your drum set is located on the controller box towards the front.

If this process is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, please contact Mad Catz about your hardware. The associates there will be able to walk you through the warranty replacement process and make sure you qualify for a replacement under our 90 day warranty.
